Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns & Eligibility

  • We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. How to Start a Return

You can now request a return online through our Self-Service Returns Portal. Click here to submit your return request.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

🚨 Please Note:

  • Do not send items back without first submitting a return request via our Self-Service Returns Portal or emailing us for approval.
  • If a return is sent without authorization, it may be refused, and no refund will be issued.

3. Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us before purchase.

5. Delivery Responsibility & Lost Shipments

  • Once an order is marked as delivered to your address, we are not responsible for theft or missing packages. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.
  • In the event that an order is lost in transit (i.e., never marked as delivered), we will replace it as soon as possible.

6. Exchanges

  • The fastest way to get a new item is to return the item you have (following the steps above) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
  • As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
