Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3 days for shipping and processing. Once the order has been processed and sent from the warehouse, please refer to the tracking information provided to you.

However, once an order shows as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any theft that may occur. It is important to ensure that the delivery address is secure and that someone is available to receive the order upon delivery. In the unfortunate event that an order is lost in transit, we will replace it as soon as possible. Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and secure manner, and we will do everything in our power to make that happen.
